COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE HALL OF FAME

The Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame was established in 1987 to honor those individuals and families who have made a significant impact on the commercial real estate industry in North Texas, in cooperation with the real estate brokerage community. The annual Hall of Fame event is also designed to provide a venue that serves as a place of reunion for industry veterans and their following generations to share experiences, success and history.

The Metroplex’s rich real estate history is filled with a number of unique individuals, companies and families who took enormous risks to build and grow our cities. For their contributions and efforts, they deserve to be recognized in this special way. Hall of Fame inductees are successful and innovative as well as respectful and appreciative of the commercial real estate broker’s role in bringing two parties together.

MICHAEL F. MCAULEY
LIFETIME ACHEIVEMENT AWARD

TheThe Michael F. McAuley Lifetime Achievement Award is presented annually to an individual who has dedicated countless hours of hard work to the community and to professional organizations committed to the real estate industry.  In 2006, this award was named after and presented to its first recipient.  This is not a production tribute, but an award that recognized an individual who has unselfishly committed an extraordinary amount of time and effort to promoting integrity, honesty and professionalism throughout their commercial real estate career.

INDUSTRY SERVICE AWARD

The Hall of Fame Committee, in its commitment to honoring excellence and dedication within the commercial real estate sector, instituted the prestigious Industry Service Award to honor those individuals whose impactful contributions transcend the traditional confines of our industry.  Although not directly engaged in the commercial real estate business, these individuals have played instrumental roles in advancing the commercial real estate industry in North Texas.
